2. Assumptions

• You are 18 years or older
• You are the legal owner of the vehicle or have proper authorization to sell it
• The vehicle is not under dispute (legal, financial, or ownership)
• All information provided is truthful and accurate

3. Online Valuation
Our website allows you to enter basic vehicle details (make, model, year, mileage) to receive an instant online quote. This quote is based on current market data and assumes the vehicle is in average condition unless otherwise stated. The price is subject to change at any time if the company is faced with technical issues on the website, natural disaster, or the vehicle isn’t in average condition.

4. On-Site Inspection
At Blackline Car Buyers, our vehicle experts are professionally trained to assess your car quickly and accurately. We aim to minimize your waiting time and provide a smooth, hassle-free experience. During the on-site inspection, our team will evaluate your car’s condition, features, mileage, and service history to ensure the offer reflects its true market value.

The quote you receive online is an initial estimate based on the information you provide. The final offer will be made after the physical inspection. While we strive to make an offer on every vehicle, please note that we are not obligated to buy cars that are non-runners or have excessive damage. However, we always do our best to offer a fair deal whenever possible.

5. What We Will Do

6. Making an Offer & Purchase Contract

• The deal becomes legally binding upon contract signing
• You are under no obligation to accept the offer if it does not meet your expectations

7. Payment
Upon signing the contract and completing the paperwork:

• We will initiate immediate payment, either in cash or via secure bank transfer
• Most payments are processed within 30 minutes
• You will receive a receipt confirming the sale and payment
